LE CANADIEN TRAIN
The first trip on Le Canadien took place in 1955. On board this unusual train, you'll enjoy excellent comfort and impeccable service! You can choose between several classes of service:
- Sleeper cab
The sleeper cabin carriage is an open compartment with two wide armchairs facing each other. At night, the opposing seats are brought together to form a wide bed and a second bed is folded down from the ceiling (sleeping area: 109 × 178 cm). Heavy curtains provide the desired privacy. A shared washbasin, shower and toilet are available at the end of each car. - Sleeper (double compartment)
In the Sleeper (twin compartment), you have a closed compartment (220 × 151 cm + toilet 84 × 64 cm) at your complete disposal. In addition to two chairs that can be moved freely, your compartment also has a separate toilet and your own washbasin with mirror and socket.
The shower is only a few metres away and is accessible to all passengers. For overnight journeys, the sleeping car attendant will prepare your bunk beds (sleeping surface: 79 × 180 cm). - Sleeper (single compartment)
In the Sleeper car (single compartment), you reserve a private compartment (196 × 110 cm) with a comfortable seat that converts into a bed for overnight journeys (sleeping surface: 76 × 180 cm). WC, washbasin, mirror and socket are also included. The shared shower in the middle of the carriage is easily accessible from the corridor. - Prestige Sleeper Class
In Prestige Sleeper Class you can travel in compartments with a private shower and WC.
The renovated carriages in this category offer additional benefits compared with the traditional sleeper: compartments 50% larger, a 60% larger picture window, minibar service and a flat-screen TV with access to a selection of films.
