China Railways Point to Point Ticket
China has one of the biggest and busiest rail networks in the world, with trains linking almost every town and city. With a ticket on China Railways you will be able to explore the country hassle free. Please be advised that the routes listed below are only offered in this direction, and not vice versa. Sleeper Compartment
Passengers traveling in a sleeper compartment, which is one of the safest, fastest and comfortable ways to travel in China, will get to their destination saving the cost of a night in a hotel.
Pre-booking time: Up to 1 year in advance maximum, and up to 1 month prior to departure minimum.
Features:
Regular Tickets
Ø Point to point tickets are available in 1st or 2nd Class
Soft Sleeper:
Ø Each compartment has four bunks and a double action door so that separate access is available to the two upper and two lower bunks.
Ø Comfortable bedding and good quality pillows are provided. Each bunk is equipped with a small reading lamp.
Ø The facilities include a clothes rack, slippers, clothes brush, stainless steel thermos, fine porcelain teacup and a trash can.
Ø A toilet with a squat-close stool is only available on soft sleeper carriages, with a supply of toilet paper.
Ø The deluxe Two-bed Compartment is equipped with a bathroom for exclusive use and sofa, TV set, service phone as well.
Ø When there is a single passenger booking, the customer can choose an upper or lower bunk. When there is a booking for two passengers who wish to travel together, China Rail will automatically book 1 upper bunk and 1 lower bunk.

Chinese Railway is available to passengers from all around the world, who wish to explore China.
Validity:
The train ticket is ONLY valid on the date which is shown on the ticket.
Discounts:
Child Discounts:
Children above 1.1m but not exceeding 1.4m shall purchase half-price tickets, children above 1.4m shall purchase full-price tickets.
One adult passenger may take one child not exceeding 1.1m free of charge (if the child does not require his/her own bed). Half-price tickets shall be purchased for any additional children. If the child requires his/her own bed, half-price tickets shall be purchased.

Seat Reservations are included in the price of the ticket for tickets delivered within Beijing.
Please note that an extra 30 € shipping fee applies on all delivery outside of Beijing.
Lost tickets:
Neither Discovery Trains nor China Railways are responsible for tickets or vouchers, which are lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed. Refunds cannot be authorized in such cases.
