INDICATIVE ITINERARY

Day 1 (Wednesday): Hanoi – Ninh Binh
Meet and greet at the airport, depending on your flight schedule.
Discover Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital — a political and cultural center rich with a thousand years of history.
Board your luxury Vietnamese train, the SJourney, bound for Ninh Binh.

Day 2 (Thursday): Ninh Binh – Quang Binh
Explore Ninh Binh, the former capital of Dai Viet, famous for its stunning limestone formations rising from lush plains, rivers, and rice fields framed by cliffs.
Visit the ancient capital of Hoa Lu, the UNESCO-listed Trang An scenic landscape complex, and the Thung Nham nature reserve.
Pause at Bo Bat, a pottery village renowned for its delicate white ceramics.
Continue by train to Quang Binh.

Day 3 (Friday): Quang Binh – Hue
In Quang Binh, explore the Phong Nha–Ke Bang cave complex (UNESCO), home to the world’s largest limestone cave system.
Enjoy a ca trù performance, a traditional form of Vietnamese singing.

Day 4 (Saturday): Hue
Discover Hue, the former imperial capital of Vietnam. Visit the city by the serene Perfume River, the majestic Imperial Citadel, and the charming Pagoda of the Celestial Lady.
Stop by Thuy Xuan, the incense village, where traditional Phu Hoî conical hats are made.
Dinner accompanied by royal court music from Hue.

Day 5 (Sunday): Hue – Da Nang – Nha Trang
Travel along Vietnam’s most scenic railway from Hue to Da Nang aboard the country’s newest luxury train. The SJourney crosses the Hai Van Pass, revealing spectacular views of Lang Co Bay.
Visit the My Son Sanctuary and its Cham Pa temples (UNESCO), then explore Hoi An, a historic trading port influenced by Dutch, French, Japanese, and Chinese merchants.
In the evening, attend “Hoi An Memories,” Vietnam’s largest open-air cultural performance.

Day 6 (Monday): Nha Trang – Ninh Thuan
Continue your exploration of Nha Trang, a coastal city known for its turquoise waters, long white-sand beaches, and impressive coral reefs.

Day 7 (Tuesday): Ninh Thuan – Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon)
Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City, or Saigon, Vietnam’s bustling commercial hub, known for its vibrant energy and warm hospitality.

Day 8 (Wednesday): Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon)
End of your journey aboard the SJourney, Vietnam’s new luxury train.
Transfer to the airport according to your flight schedule.

SJourney is a private luxury train service in Vietnam. Operated by a Vietnamese company, it is the first project of its kind in Southeast Asia. The train features 10 sleeper carriages, offering a total of 30 private cabins with en suite bathrooms, all equipped with comfortable beds, air conditioning, and high-quality amenities.

In addition to the sleeper cars, SJourney includes two dining cars with a total capacity of 60 guests, serving refined Vietnamese and international cuisine, along with a full bar service.

On certain nights, the train runs until around midnight—or continues through the night—depending on the confirmed Vietnamese railway schedule. On other nights, it may remain stationed for passengers to enjoy a quieter night’s rest.
