This luxury train journey through Scotland takes place aboard the Belmond Royal Scotsman, one of the most luxurious trains in the world, renowned for its impeccable service.
DAY 1: EDINBURGH (Royal Scotsman)

Approximate departure: 2:00 p.m.
Spend the morning exploring the beautiful city of Edinburgh, which boasts more UNESCO-listed monuments than any other city in Europe.
In the early afternoon, make your way to the station to board your historic train — the Royal Scotsman — for the start of your VIP journey, titled “The Western Scenic Wonders.”
Your Scottish rail adventure begins as you settle into your elegant cabin, where afternoon tea is served. The train heads west toward Falkirk, then continues along the shores of Loch Lomond before reaching Glen Falloch. Disembark for a short walk to the impressive 10-meter-high Falls of Falloch.
In the evening, the train travels north to the village of Spean Bridge, where it stops for the night.
Dinner is served in the dining car, followed by live entertainment in the Observation Car.

DAY 2: EDINBURGH – GLENFINNAN (Royal Scotsman)
The journey continues north toward Fort William — make sure to look out for Ben Nevis, the highest peak in the UK.
Disembark at Arisaig for a stroll along Morar Beach, famous for its shining white sands and breathtaking views of the Cuillin Mountains on the Isle of Skye.
Lunch is served on board as the train returns to Fort William, often called Scotland’s “Outdoor Capital.” In the afternoon, visit the Glenfinnan Monument with a local guide, followed by afternoon tea at Inverlochy Castle.
Guests who wish may opt for a walk along the High Bridge ruins, following the River Spean back to the train.
Relax on board as the train makes its way toward Bridge of Orchy. Dinner is served in the dining car, followed by music and evening entertainment in the Observation Car.

DAY 3: GLENFINNAN – ISLE OF BUTE (Royal Scotsman)
This morning, discover the charming Isle of Bute, rich in geology, wildlife, and history, offering a beautiful variety of landscapes.
Visit Mount Stuart House, a magnificent Victorian Gothic mansion that holds one of the finest private collections of family portraits in Scotland.
Return to the train for your farewell dinner in the dining car. Enjoy this final evening aboard the prestigious Royal Scotsman as it travels south toward Kilmarnock.

TWIN OR DOUBLE CABIN
Measuring 7.9 m² (85 sq ft), these cozy cabins comfortably accommodate two guests, with a choice between a fixed double bed or two twin beds. Each is equipped with a dressing table, a full-length wardrobe, adjustable heating, fans, opening windows, and a call button for added convenience.
Every cabin also has its own private bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet for optimal comfort.
GRAND SUITE
Offering generous space, the Grand Suite features two connecting rooms: an elegant sitting area with a sofa and a separate bedroom with a fixed double bed.
The private bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, and toilet, along with exclusive bath products and plush robes.
Premium services include in-suite dining upon request, high-end amenities, one complimentary spa treatment per guest, and private transfers from the airport or your hotel.

Since 2023, the Royal Scotsman has offered a dedicated spa car, created in partnership with Dior Beauty.
Entirely devoted to well-being, the Dior Spa Royal Scotsman features two lacquered treatment rooms adorned with the Maison’s iconic burgundy Toile de Jouy motif. Guests can enjoy a moment of deep relaxation and rejuvenation in this peaceful haven while the train winds its way through Scotland’s breathtaking peaks and glens.
The spa is open not only during travel but also before or after excursions, allowing passengers to unwind after a day of exploration.

RESPONSIBILITY
Itineraries may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control or operational issues affecting the train network. In such cases, the organizer will implement appropriate solutions to allow the continuation of the trip at no extra cost to the client and will inform them accordingly. If the client chooses to continue the journey under these new arrangements, it will be considered as tacit acceptance of the proposed changes.
The organizer cannot guarantee train punctuality, as the goal of this journey is not simple transportation but rather leisure, enjoyment, and adherence to a carefully designed sightseeing and service program.
